4-Week Boot Camp Package Includes:

  • Option A: (Mon / Wed / Fri) 18 - one (1) hour outdoor workout sessions
  • Option B: (Mon - Fri) 30 - one (1) hour outdoor workout sessions*
  • Pre & post fitness assessment appointments
  • Tuesdays / Thursdays are *Cardiovascular Conditioning (work up to 5km jog with calisthenic exercises mixed in)
  • 9:00 am - 10:00 am (rain or shine!)

Required Equipment:
  • Fitness / Yoga Mat
  • Light & Medium/Heavy weights (Dumbbells) (recommend 3-5 and 8-15lb dumbbell sets)
  • Water Bottle & Towel
