Who says working out can’t be challenging AND fun?  I love sharing my passion for health and fitness, encouraging everyday active living at any age.  I enjoy creating stimulating and fun customized programs that will provide both a physical and mental experience to my clients.   


Growing up, I had always struggled with my weight and was never truly active.  Over the past five years, I have learned to appreciate a healthy lifestyle and LOVE how great I feel as a result.  I have a new lease on life and LOVE encouraging others to do the same.
